You will need to pay a US$200/UK£100 deposit at the time of booking. We will hold your reservation for 7 days until your deposit cheque is received.

Minimum stay is 7 nights. Villas can be rented on a nightly basis beyond this- simply pro-rata the weekly rate. If you would like to book for more than three weeks then we will quote you a discounted rate upon request.

Your weekly rate includes all cleaning charges after your stay. You will need to pay an additional amount if you would like the pool and hot tub heated, however. This is a fixed weekly charge of US$100 or UK£75.

From time to time, we may have periods where our villa is not booked. This would be a perfect time to grab a week at a discounted price.
